《雞與牛》是一個卡通系列劇，由 David Feiss 創作，1997 年到1999 年在卡通頻道首播。 故事講述了妹妹牛和哥哥雞的故事，故事中還有一位從地獄來的惡魔沒穿褲子先生（The Red Guy）。該劇和其他卡通頻道的節目，如德克斯特的實驗室，被收錄在 "What a Cartoon!" 系列中。 這個卡通情節很特殊，雞牛是兄妹，父母是人類。怎麼樣解釋這一情節是創作者面臨的大問題。David Feiss 用主題曲解決了這個問題。
