"If you don't grant one hundred cats' wishes, you... will turn into a cat." Junpei is a high school student who strongly dislikes cats and is allergic to them, but due to certain circumstances, he gains the ability to understand the language of cats! As he grants their wishes, he forms relationships—both good and bad—with their owners, including beautiful girls and older women. He gets misunderstood by his crush, the innocent and natural girl Kaede, and is nagged by her owner, Niko Musashi, among other things! A cute romantic comedy woven from cats, a male high schooler, and beautiful girls is about to unfold.
