WXIII: Patlabor the Movie 3

In 2000, a transport aircraft (Frontier Airlines Flight 236) crashes into Tokyo Bay, killing all on board. Following the accident, Labor attacks by unknown perpetrators occur consecutively along the Tokyo Bay waterfront. Detective Kazuma and his partner Hata from the Minami Police Station of the Metropolitan Police Department conduct interviews in various locations, uncovering that large gobies were being caught after the crash and that there are suspicious points regarding the cargo container of the crashed transport plane. Later, on a rainy night on June 8, the brutally murdered bodies of a couple in a car are discovered at "Babylon," a disco club popular among young people. At the same time, alarms suddenly go off at the Babylon Section's offshore container storage base near "Babylon," causing a power outage within the facility and cutting off contact with the staff inside. Kazuma and Hata, who happened to be riding in a patrol car (Minami 4) driving nearby, rush to the scene with other officers after receiving a report from security guards. They enter the facility along with the guards. However, what they encounter there is a deformed monster designated as Waste Disposal No. 13 (WXIII).
