Mizunoe Ume, a literary youth with abysmal science grades, faces the threat of being held back and is forced to join the student council to boost his credits. However, the student council at Fujinari Academy is anything but normal, gathering eccentric members such as a pure-hearted yet secretly passionate president, a sharp-tongued senior, a scheming treasurer, and an unlucky general affairs member. Surrounded by these oddballs, Ume embarks on a chaotic, hilarious, and colorful campus life filled with youthful commotion.
