The title of the animated movie stands in stark contrast to the content: The elements—the droll, uniquely drawn figures and the colorful world they inhabit—may seem traditional, but the events are quite extraordinary. Nata Metlukh presents a cornucopia of surprising ideas, some of which ponder the very nature of media. Take the figure running across the screen with a line on its shoulder that is capable of cutting and cropping the world, or the scene that is drawn like a curtain in front of the next—all of this is highly original!
