As the saying goes, "If you can't beat them, join them." A pig claims that to escape the fate of being slaughtered, one must become human. But who could have imagined that a pig, which luckily survived hand-foot-and-mouth disease, would transform into a human after accidentally drinking blood? Meanwhile, a soldier who accidentally killed his comrade due to bullying transforms into a "wild man" while fleeing. The mutant "pig-man" and the "wild man" find themselves in the same mountain forest: one refuses to remain livestock forever, while the other wishes to walk away and forget this world. Yet, will true humans spare these strange creatures? Can the two "non-humans" escape their predicament? Korean director Heo Bum-sook presents raw human nature with a unique and unconventional art style, featuring extreme gore. In the end, are humans truly nobler than other species?
