Synopsis

The story is set in modern-day Tokyo. In this world, the existence of witches is considered commonplace. Despite this, it is not much different from the world we live in. Televisions, mobile phones, and computers all exist; cars run on gasoline, and trains and airplanes operate using scientific power. The witches who exist around us can actually be anyone who completes the official procedures. When magic appears before you, when magic enters everyday society, and when magic changes your life—how do the witches who wield magical power abide by the rules of magic?
