第1期終盤から1か月後。体の修復を待ちながら、以前と同じ二心同体の生活を続ける学生のつとむと捜査官のバーディー。有田しおんとしての活動も含め、忙しい日々が続く。前と違うのは、壊滅した街と被害を受けた人々が現実に存在することだった。脱走したリュンカ事件の首謀者達を捕えるべくバーディーは奔走するが、思わぬ人物と遭遇することになる。それはバーディーの幼馴染で、地球人として生活しているナタルだった……。
