Cross Game

The protagonist, Kou Kitamura, whose family runs a sporting goods store, is childhood friends with the four Tsukishima sisters, who run Clover, a baseball equipment shop and tea house. There is Ichou, the eldest daughter who takes care of the household; Wakaba, Kou's best friend; Aoba, the third daughter who clashes with Kou's personality; and Momiji, the lively fourth daughter. In the summer of fifth grade, Wakaba made a promise with Kou to go to the summer festival together. However, before the promised time arrived, Wakaba passed away in an accident. The summer festival that they were supposed to attend together now leaves only Kou alone... Now a high school student, Kou strives as the ace pitcher for Seishuu Academy's baseball club, aiming for Wakaba's final dream: Koshien. Then, from the moment Aoba also joins the baseball club as a player, the gears of fate begin to turn...
