07-GHOST

A thousand years ago, two powerful nations of equal strength existed in the world. One was the Barsburg Empire, blessed by a god known as "The Eye of Raphael," and the other was the Raggs Kingdom, blessed by a god named "The Eye of Michael." The two nations established an agreement to maintain world peace and cooperated with each other for a long time. However, ten years ago, it was rumored that the body of the evil death god "Fyaro Lien" would continue to sleep. A battle erupted over the "Pandora's Box," which contained Fyaro Lien's body that had been sleeping for a millennium, leading to the destruction of the Raggs Kingdom. According to historical records from the Barsburg Empire, the Raggs Kingdom attempted to seize both sacred stones—the "Eye of Raphael" and the "Eye of Michael"—thereby breaking their mutual agreement. Ultimately, they came into conflict with the Barsburg Empire and met their ruin. Time passes to ten years later... Before the fall of the Raggs Kingdom's capital, a man wearing a vow necklace appeared in Ted's dreams, telling him: "Ted, one day you will know what your true mission is." This dream repeatedly haunted Ted, leaving him confused. At this time, he and his best friend Mikage were excellent students at the Barsburg Imperial Army Officer School. They took on the challenge of graduation exams to enter the Hoplock Fortress, which they had long dreamed of joining, filled with anticipation for life after graduation. However, when Ted encountered Chief of Staff Ayame, who led the combat unit, his memories returned. "The man I saw in my dream." Standing beside him was Ayame holding a sword stained with blood... and lying quietly in a sea of blood was that man. "That... is my father!" Ted finally remembered that he was the prince of the fallen Raggs Kingdom. Thus, Ted fled from the army... During his escape, he encountered a group of eccentric bishops. Can Ted successfully evade persecution by the imperial army? And what is his true identity? Mikage was manipulated regarding his soul and lost his life! Devastated by the loss of his close friend, Ted decided to undergo the Bishop Trial to gain the power to fight against the imperial army. But while preparing for the trial, he met an examinee who disliked him, and they became roommates. Flau was branded with the stigma of a black magician and used black magic. To find the true culprit, Ted and Hakuren worked hard to search for clues, eventually discovering that there was a mole within the church working for the imperial army. Who could that person be?
