Duke Mojacko (also known as Mojya or Monja), along with his younger brother and sister from Planet Boro, come to Earth in search of the "Moharadamoja Treasure." There, they meet Sora, a dreamy Earth boy, and Miki. The group stays at Sora's home, where he helps them look for the Sahara treasure, often joining them on adventures across the universe. Meanwhile, the rival family, the Mogarabo, are determined to find the treasure before Mojacko and frequently clash with Sora and Mojacko, leading to many humorous situations. In the end, Sora not only helps Mojacko find the Cosmic Stone and the treasure, but the two boys from different levels of technology and cultural backgrounds also form a deep friendship.
