Elemental Gelade

Yearning for the sky, reaching for the sky. In a world where only a select few have begun to receive the mysterious power of floating in the air, the "Garden" exists there. The "Crest Angels," a dreamlike race capable of fusing with humans to transform into the strongest weapons and fight alongside them, have begun to revive before humanity. The boy Coud is a reckless member of an aerial pirate crew. One day, he encounters Reena, a beautiful girl who had been sealed away. Reena, who does not easily open her heart to others, is actually a member of the dreamlike race known as the "Crest Angels." Reena tells Coud that she wants to go to the legendary land, "Eden Garden." Thus, Coud and Reena set off on their journey. Meanwhile, Hiscia, Rowen, and Chiya, members of the Full Metal Association which protects the Crest Angels, along with three members of the Adlet clan affiliated with the Association, are also tasked with escorting Reena. So, Coud, Reena, and the three from the Full Metal Association depart for "Eden Garden," a place described as "the golden land in the sky, existing at the end of the heavens, beyond the clouds!"
