Stigma of the Wind

The sky above a high-rise hotel splits in two, as raging flames that burn everything and fierce winds that cleave the air clash violently. Spirit beasts summoned from another world roar, and massive magical beasts shake the earth. However, this is not a story set in a fantasy world, but one centered on the battles of a female high school student living in our own world... Introducing Ayase Aya, 16-year-old flame-wielding heroine! With her refined looks and beautiful long hair, she is known as the Madonna of Seirei Academy—Ayase Aya. She loves karaoke and cake buffets, appearing to be an ordinary girl you could find anywhere, but she harbors a secret. She is the only daughter of the head of the mysterious Ayase clan, a family hidden throughout Japanese history. As a 'Flame Master,' she wields the clan's legendary sacred sword, Enraiba, which can destroy all demons emerging from darkness. Four years ago, Yagami Kazuma lost to twelve-year-old Aya in a contest for Enraiba, after which he left home and disappeared. Now twenty-two years old, when he suddenly reappears after four years, the story begins.
