The story takes place in the world of fairies, where they play magical melodies on their instruments to control the changing seasons. Immature young fairies must study various kinds of magic at a school for wizards, then take a Magic Flower to the human world for their final trial. Once they have collected enough "Sparkle," the Magic Flower will bloom, serving as proof of their graduation. When the innocent and cute Snow Fairy Sugar, who is a bit shy; Salt, a Sun Fairy who wants to inherit her father's profession; Pepper, a Wind Fairy with a very gentle and polite personality; and Rain, a Rain Fairy with a mature appearance but an innocent heart, appear one after another beside the ordinary human girl Sage, what kind of interesting stories will unfold?
