The Student Council's Discretion

At Hiyori Private Academy, there is a special system for electing student council members. Instead of holding general elections, the members are chosen solely through a "popularity vote." As a result, the elected individuals are essentially "cute girls" every year. This is because handsome boys tend to incur resentment from male students, while beautiful girls are admired by both genders. However, is it appropriate to determine such important positions based on popularity and appearance alone? After objections were raised, a compromise was reached by introducing an "academic excellence slot." Students with top grades in each grade level can join the student council if they wish. Yet, few students who study that hard actually bother to join the student council... But one male student persisted in his beliefs and finally broke convention! Sugisaki Ken. Dreaming of joining a "group where everyone except himself is a beautiful girl," he studied intensely and ultimately achieved first place in the end-of-year exams. The destination he reached was a student council filled with distinctively charming beautiful girls. The lolita-esque student council president, Sakurano Crim.
