Most residents of the town of Futakotamagawa are twins. Kotaro Futaba, who runs a detective agency in Futakotamagawa, enjoys an enviable love life with his two assistants, the twins Sara and Souju Shirogane, who have completely different personalities. The Chinese title of the work is easily misunderstood as implying it is a second season of "Futakoi," but it is actually a separate work with a new setting. The story features the Shirogane sisters as the heroines, while all the other twins who appeared in the previous work serve as supporting characters. The work was recommended by the jury at the 9th Japan Media Arts Festival. Except for the first episode, the scenes from the opening sequence showing female characters holding weapons do not appear in the show. Also, the order of episodes in the DVD version differs slightly from that of the television broadcast.
