The story explores the ambiguous relationship between twin sisters that goes beyond familial affection, as well as the rift caused by the arrival of a junior schoolmate. The characters Sakurai Yukino and Sakurai Kanade are twins. Influenced by rumors from their classmates, Kanade mistakenly believes that Yukino has developed romantic feelings for the junior student Kamiyama Sayaka, leading her to distance herself from Yukino. Sensing Kanade's coldness, Yukino boldly confesses her love to her sister, and the two finally realize that they are each other's true love. "Candy boy," the sequel to Candy☆Boy, began streaming online on the NICONICO animation channel on May 2, 2008. Each episode is approximately 15 minutes long, with a total of 7 episodes.
