xxxHOLiC: A Midsummer Night's Dream

Kimihiro Watanuki, a high school student, possesses an unusual constitution that allows him to see and attract various spirits. His friend Domeki also has special abilities, possessing the power to exorcise demons. Drawn by fate, Kimihiro begins working at Yuuko Ichihara's shop, a place where any wish can be granted, provided the client pays an equivalent price. Soon after, Kimihiro meets Mayuri Tsuyuki, a young girl with psychic powers. One night, Domeki's grandfather, Haruka, enters Kimihiro's dream and asks him to find five items for him. Consequently, Kimihiro goes to Domeki's house and searches for a "bookworm" in the storage room together with Domeki. During their search, they encounter all sorts of strange events. Is this reality, or is it a dream...? Once always alone, Kimihiro realizes that after experiencing these events, not only has he himself changed, but so have the people around him.
