To Koichi Sanada, Yumi Hoshino is a goddess-like figure of perfection. Her shy personality and quiet nature captivate him, but Koichi knows that there is an immense distance between them. The arrival of Mao Mizusawa disrupts Koichi's peaceful life; his childhood friend has grown into a beautiful young woman, making it difficult for him to adjust at first. Meanwhile, Koichi's best friend Kazuki Aihara also faces romantic troubles. He realizes he cannot shake the image of Eriko Futami from his mind, having been struck by Cupid's arrow. Soccer player Asuka Sakino watches all this unfold, yet her stubbornness prevents her from letting go of her feelings for Kazuki. At Kirisaki Minami High School, a bittersweet romantic comedy begins.
