Kujibiki Unbalance

At Rikubouin Academy, everything is decided by "lottery." It is a school where graduates hold key positions in politics and business, and the student council's power even surpasses that of any national authority. This story follows Enomoto Chihiro and his companions, who are selected for the next student council executive committee, as they endure rigorous training from the current student council until they take over its duties—a record of love and battle. Chihiro Enomoto, who gets chased by dogs when walking down the street and has flowerpots fall from the sky, possesses what should be an extremely unlucky constitution. Yet, for some reason, he passes the entrance exam to Rikubouin Academy, a school filled with people blessed with good fortune, and draws the lot for the vice-presidential candidate of the next student council in the very first lottery! The vice-presidential candidate is Chihiro's childhood friend, Akiyama Tokino, a "lucky girl" who has been surrounded by good luck her entire life. The secretary candidate is Kamishakujii Renko, a genius scientist. They must handle harsh orders from the current student council to establish the position of the next student council. The current student council includes Lisa Harvey, an American Kansai-ben speaker proud of her superhuman computational abilities, serving as treasurer; Kasumi, an exorcist wielding the spirit sword "Zangetsu" with overwhelming combat ability, serving as vice-president; and then the current student council president is Ritsuko Kubel Kettenkrad... Chihiro's first love. Will Chihiro and his friends successfully form their student council? Where will the romance between Ritsuko, Tokino, and Chihiro lead? This romantic comedy, which garnered significant attention from members of *Genshiken*, finally opens as a television anime!
