What has happened to the Royal Knights, who are respected and strive to protect the Digital World? They do not regard Digimon possessing X-Antibodies as true Digimon, seeking instead to exterminate these anomalies. Dorumon (CV: Minami Takayama), an experimental Digimon, is hunted by the Royal Knights. To survive, it continues to evolve, ultimately defeating Yggdrasil, the master computer that governs the Digital World, alongside Omegamon. Broadcast on January 3, 2005, at 7:00 AM across Fuji Network System stations, with the DVD released on November 25. Originally planned as a feature film, it was inexplicably changed to a television special. The entire production utilized 3DCG, with CG work handled by Imagi Animation Studios Limited. The story concept and protagonist originate from Digimon Chronicle, but since no humans appear in this film, the narrative does not account for human presence.

不把拥有X抗体的数码宝贝当数码宝贝看，将这些异分子赶尽杀绝，究竟那个受人尊敬、奋力保护数码世界的皇家骑士团出了什么问题？ 实验数码兽多路兽（DORUMON，CV：高山南）被皇家骑士追杀，为了生存下去不断进化，最终与奥米加兽一起战胜了掌管数码世界的主电脑——世界树 2005年1月3日早上7点在富士电视台集团播出，DVD在11月25日发行的影片，原定为电影版，不知为何改为电视特别篇播出，全3DCG制作，由Imagi Animation Studios Limited承担CG制作的部分。 故事构思和主角是出自于数码宝贝编年史，但是这部电影并没有人类的出现，因此故事的描述未考虑到人类。
