Melody of Oblivion

In the 20th century, humanity waged a great war against monsters. In this battle beyond imagination, the monsters emerged victorious. Time passed, and in the new century, people had long forgotten these memories, completely unaware that they were being ruled by monsters. Legends of warriors are no longer believed, yet warriors have never truly disappeared from this world. These individuals possess special abilities allowing them to see the "Melody of Oblivion" and are known as "Melody Warriors." They continue their struggle against the monsters... The protagonist is Bokksu, an ordinary high school student whose only notable skill is archery; his other performances are merely passable. By chance, Bokksu sees the "Melody of Oblivion" and witnesses the phantom of a mysterious girl. A stigmata representing Melody Warriors appears on his left shoulder. It turns out that the mysterious girl is the "Melody of Oblivion," visible only to Melody Warriors. The story begins here. Bokksu chooses to leave his familiar surroundings, making his own choice. As a Melody Warrior, he sets out to find the forgotten melody and engage in a decisive battle against the monsters. He joins Sayoko, a mysterious woman he encounters who is searching for someone. This kicks off an action-adventure legend where he grows through encounters with various people and "monsters." Will the lone "Melody Warriors" achieve final victory and see the true "Melody of Oblivion," or will they ultimately be destroyed?
