MEMORIES

This film consists of three unrelated stories. "Magnetic Rose": In 2092, a space debris recovery ship led by Ivanov receives a distress signal from the "Cosmic Graveyard" on its return journey. Uniquely, the signal contains excerpts from the opera Madame Butterfly. Crew members Heinz and Miguel go to rescue the source but enter the memories of an opera singer named Eva. These vividly realistic memory scenes pose a threat to the crew. "Stink Bomb": Tadanori Tanaka, a low-level employee at a pharmaceutical company, drags his sick body back to work and accidentally takes an experimental drug developed in collaboration with the military. From then on, Tanaka becomes a living factory for producing lethal stench. Completely unaware of this, he follows his boss's orders to deliver drug samples to the Tokyo headquarters, causing mass panic along the way, forcing the military to deploy large numbers of troops to intercept and kill him en route. "Cannon Fodder": In a steam-powered city, a family goes about their daily lives. The mother works at a factory manufacturing cannon shells, the father serves as a loader at a cannon battery, and the young son learns about cannons at school. The cannons fire ceaselessly, yet the enemy never appears...
