"Ichigo Mashimaro" (originally serialized in "Dengeki Daioh") is a work that comically depicts what appears to be an ordinary, laid-back daily life shared by four incredibly cute and unique elementary school girls and one twenty-year-old junior college student. With fashionable outfits, slightly precocious behavior, and a continuous stream of comedic banter, the series is filled with scenes that will make you smile involuntarily. This pop and cute animation with its offbeat sensibility is recommended for both boys and girls. For this OVA, the staff and cast from the TV series (which aired starting in July 2005) have reunited. It is packed with all sorts of things (?) that can only be done in an OVA format. The content is designed to delight fans of Ichigo Mashimaro as well as those experiencing it for the first time.
