"Tenkai Senshi," a manga perfectly suited for live-action adaptation, featuring a bland, boring, sleazy, and idiotic story... Yet, there are still those who love this tale, leading someone to boldly decide to turn it into an anime to assault viewers' eyes and poison readers' minds. The story takes place in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, where the battle begins between the evil monster army Frusham, which aims to conquer the world, and the friend of justice, Sun Red... While the protagonist appears to be Sun Red, he is actually General Vamp, the branch leader of Frusham's Kawasaki division—a villainous monster.
