Synopsis

The Straw Hat crew arrives at Hanna Bal Island. While eating, Nami notices the owner making a suspicious deal with a certain pirate and discovers that the island has an underground casino. Every few years, it hosts a Pirate Death Race. The casino is currently holding its annual Deadly Sea Race, where whoever reaches the finish line wins. With this year's prize money reaching 300 million berries, Nami, who is worried about being short on funds, immediately decides to enter. Seeking both the prize money and adventure, the crew decides to participate in the race. However, after the race begins, they discover that it is all a scheme by Gasparde, a villain formerly of the Marines. He colluded with the casino organizers to deliberately lead everyone into a Marine fortress to be killed. Only Luffy's ship escapes unharmed. They rush off to settle accounts with Gasparde, and a great battle ensues. But then a whirlwind strikes, and their ship is about to explode. Can Luffy and his friends reach the finish line safely?
