Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa

The story is set in Munich, Germany, in 1923. At this time, Germany is facing the hyperinflation resulting from its defeat in World War I. Edward finds himself in a world where alchemy cannot be used (the real world). In search of clues to return to his original world, he works on rocket research with another young man named Alphons Heiderich, who resembles his brother Alphonse. However, for Edward, as two long years pass, the chances of finding a way back grow increasingly slim. One day, while attending a carnival with Alphons, Edward encounters a Romani woman named Noa. She possesses mysterious powers, including the ability to see the inner thoughts and feelings of anyone she touches. She is part of the Romani people, whom Germans at the time referred to as an "inferior race," and they call themselves "Roma." Her appearance draws Edward into a plan being initiated by the Thule Society, a Nazi front organization, which seeks to find and invade a country called Shamballa. This also signifies that the world of alchemy faces a crisis.
