The beautiful girl action manga "Sekirei," created by Sakurako Gokurakuin, had its TV anime adaptation air from July to September last year. Although a considerable amount of time has passed since the anime concluded, the true finale has yet to arrive, and audiences have long been aware that a second season was in the works. Recently, the official announcement of the production of the second season, "Sekirei: Pure Engagement," was finally made. The second season will retain the same staff and voice actor lineup as the first season, though the broadcast date remains undetermined, with estimates ranging from early 2010 at the fastest to summer 2010 at the latest. Before the sequel officially meets everyone, the officials are gradually releasing images related to the new work, just as they did with the previous installment, to ease the fans' anticipation.
