Honey and Clover II

Takemoto, Mayama, and Morita are art students living a modest but happy life in a run-down apartment. One day, introduced by their teacher Hanamoto, the three meet Hagumi, a new transfer student. Takemoto and Morita fall for her at first sight, yet due to their respective awkwardness, they cannot properly express their feelings. Meanwhile, although Mayama is aware of Yamada's affection for him, he grows increasingly nostalgic for Rika, an architectural designer he met while working part-time. The story revolves around these two delicate love triangles... Takemoto, confused about his romantic feelings and unable even to determine the future he should move toward, embarks on a "journey of self-discovery." Hagumi, completely oblivious to the feelings of those around her, devotes herself wholeheartedly to drawing. Morita, who fled abroad in confusion after suddenly kissing Hagumi, unexpectedly returns as a transfer student majoring in Japanese painting. Mayama, who quits his job at a prestigious design firm to work alongside Rika again. And Yamada, who cannot bring herself to give up on Mayama. As they slowly begin to realize their feelings for each other and themselves, time mercilessly passes by. Facing their fragile futures, where will the unrequited loves of these five people—plagued by sorrow, struggling, and wandering endlessly—lead? What paths will they choose?
