Natsume's Book of Friends: Sequel

Natsume Takashi, the grandson of Reiko, inherits her "Book of Friends," a collection of contracts he finds among her belongings. Like his grandmother, he can see spirits invisible to others. However, as the sole heir to Reiko's lineage, Natsume makes an important decision: to return the names of the yokai that Reiko had taken from them. Through this act of returning their names, Natsume gradually comes to understand a more authentic version of his grandmother, Natsume Reiko, and also re-evaluates the yokai themselves—realizing that, like humans, they include both malicious and benevolent beings. Over time, Natsume begins to make many friends, just as Reiko did, and no longer feels lonely.
