Kyo kara Maoh! Chapter 2

Yuuri Shibuya is an ordinary high school student with an extraordinary sense of justice and competitive spirit. One day, while trying to help a former middle school classmate in a park, he is beaten by delinquents and nearly has his face shoved into a public toilet bowl. When he opens his eyes again, he finds himself transported to another world. He is told that he was born with the soul of a king, is the ruler of "Shin-Makoku," and must fight humans as the leader of the demon clan. This fantasy novel follows Yuuri's growth as a novice Demon King, navigating his confusion over cultural and value differences while relying on his innate sense of justice and pacifism.
