My child, listen carefully. What I am about to say is very important. I have forgotten when it began, but this story has been passed down from generation to generation, from the elders of old to those who came after... A tale of a long journey. It was summer, on a small street near the sea. A young man stepped off the bus. The young man had always been traveling. He had no desire to linger in such a small town. Once he earned enough money for his fare, he would head to more bustling places. His companion was a small doll left to him by his mother. The doll moved without his hands touching it. He had inherited this magic from his mother. It was only by performing with the doll that he could continue his journey. The young man performed puppet shows for the children. However, the crude puppets failed to attract them. Without receiving any payment, he stood helplessly under the blazing summer sun... And drifted into a daze... falling asleep... It was on this seaside street that the young man met the girl of his destiny.
