Pokémon: The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back

Ash and his friends, who aspire to become Pokémon Masters, continue their journey. One day, after Ash finishes a battle with another trainer, they receive a mysterious invitation delivered by a Dragonite. The invitation reads: 'You are the most promising and highly regarded Pokémon Trainers. As the strongest Pokémon Trainer, I invite you to attend my banquet.' 'The strongest Pokémon Trainer?' Curious, Ash and his friends head straight for Pokémon City on New Island without hesitation! When they arrive at the port, however, poor weather conditions cause all boats bound for New Island to be suspended. Port authority officer Joy firmly refuses to let anyone set sail to prevent any accidents involving the people or their Pokémon, and Officer Jenny agrees with her assessment. A boy named Kenji plans to cross the sea using his Pokémon, and two other trainers, Koji and Yuki, join him in this endeavor. Just as Ash is worrying about how to get to New Island, a small boat appears at the port, and its captain, dressed like a Viking, agrees to ferry Ash and his group across. In the middle of the ocean, a sudden large wave hits, revealing the true identity of the captain. What?! It turns out to be Team Rocket's trio of troublemakers!! Just as Team Rocket begins to deliver their cute and charming introduction, their small boat capsizes from the big wave! Ash and Misty quickly call out Squirtle and Staryu to grab onto everyone so they aren't swept away by the waves. After arriving at New Island, a woman who looks just like Nurse Joy leads Ash and his group to Pokémon City. Kenji, Koji, and Yuki have already arrived. When the guide introduces the strongest Pokémon Trainer, the person who steps forward before them is... Mewtwo?
